Balcones del Lacar - Hua Hum

This tour will allow us to know almost all the plant species of lanín National Park, as it will introduce us gradually into the Valdivian jungle, one of the wettest places in the country.

You will walk the Provincial Route 48 passing through Trompul, high place from where there is a beautiful view of Lake Lacar, Chapelco and Cerro Abanico.

We will also visit the beach of Yuco, with volcanic sand, and its grove of arrayanes.

Once you arrive at Hua Hum, located at the west end of the lake, we will be just 2km from the border with Chile. There is a confectionery facing Lake Nonthue and the Van Dorsenn Museum. Then we will head to another site, to make a hike of approximately 700mts through a jungle path between Raulíes, mosses, mushrooms, ferns, to see the spectacular waterfall of Chachín. Then we'll start the return to the city.
